I'm vukosi Ngwenya. I have a diploma in management assistant and a certificate in SAW. I studied SAW at Zigna Training from 2010 to 2011. My learning experience is forming deep, meaningful relationships with others and also making a positive impact on someone's life. This experience has helped me to engage with communities and promote social change and also to understand life and to overcome challenges, Facilitators were very experienced instructors. As learners we engaged with facilitators and peers through discussions and activities . LEARNING METHODS included GROUP DISCUSSIONS - case studies and scenario based learning , CASE STUDIES- analyzing real life scenarios and developing interventions, FIELD OF WORK- practical experience in SAW settings, ROLE PLAYING - Practicing SAW skills in simulated environments
